An easy way to stay involved and access the meetings for our local democratic committee is to go to the following site with the calendar that has the meeting link every month.

One way to stay informed about future and past things discussed at the County Board Meetings’ level can all be accessed through the following sites. Here you can find the dates of all upcoming meetings that the board is a part of as well as the agendas to know about future voting items that affect the whole county we live in:

Committee of the Whole-The joining of all of the Champaign County Board committees to discuss things from their respective committees as a whole before presenting proposals to the whole board.

County Board Meetings-Where County Board officials representing their respective districts vote on things that affect us all living in the county.

All Champaign County Board business and meetings-We can find the business and discussions being conducted about all the meetings including the committees we care most about like Environment and Land Use, Facilities, and Highway and Transportation Committees.

The following section below is the calendar for the local democratic party for Champaign County that shows their days for meetings and their monthly socials which are often held in local venues across the county. They are great for getting to know people involved in trying to make the community better, getting to talk to local democratic government officials, and to get to support local venues!

City Council meetings are held the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month. Meetings are open to the public and audience members are welcome to provide comments on any agenda item or during general audience participation.
